MC2R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MC2R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,533 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MC2R-associated genes across cancer lineages are TANGO2, MRPL49, and RIC8A. Each is linked with MC2R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MC2R-to-partner and partner-to-MC2R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MC2R→partner) and Y-score (partner→MC2R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
