MBTD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,340 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XRCC6, ADNP, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with MBTD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBTD1 versus XRCC6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
