MBTD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,366 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPPL3, SNRPD3, and BLMH. Each is linked with MBTD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBTD1 versus SPPL3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
