MBTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC34P2, FGFR3P5, and RNU6-1009P. Each is linked with MBTD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC34P2 grouped by MBTD1-low versus MBTD1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
