Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,340 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBTD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin disassembly, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with MBTD1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBTD1-to-partner and partner-to-MBTD1 results are reported.
