MBOAT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBOAT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,561 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2M, PLOD3, and CIRBP. Each is linked with MBOAT7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT7-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBOAT7 versus UBE2M in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
