MBOAT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBOAT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Transglutaminase, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with MBOAT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT7-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transglutaminase grouped by MBOAT7-low versus MBOAT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
