MBOAT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBOAT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, XAGE5, and CRYAA. Each is linked with MBOAT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT7-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by MBOAT7-low versus MBOAT7-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
