MBOAT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBOAT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,241 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-61P, PPIL2, and PES1. Each is linked with MBOAT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT4-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-61P grouped by MBOAT4-low versus MBOAT4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
