MBOAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBOAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,661 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA4, ASAP2, and LNPK. Each is linked with MBOAT2 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT2-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBOAT2 versus KPNA4 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
