MBOAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBOAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,924 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBOAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5F1A, SKA1, and MCU. Each is linked with MBOAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBOAT1-to-partner and partner-to-MBOAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP5F1A grouped by MBOAT1-low versus MBOAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBOAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBOAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
