Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,781 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYVE1, ADGRL4, and CDH5. Each is linked with MBL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBL2-to-partner and partner-to-MBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBL2 versus LYVE1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
