MBL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,044 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are POT1, JAKMIP1, and COQ3. Each is linked with MBL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBL2-to-partner and partner-to-MBL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POT1 grouped by MBL2-low versus MBL2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
