MBL1P

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBL1P mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBL1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with MBL1P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBL1P-to-partner and partner-to-MBL1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by MBL1P-low versus MBL1P-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBL1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBL1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
