MBD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,535 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OXGR1, TXNP3, and MT-TD. Each is linked with MBD6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD6-to-partner and partner-to-MBD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OXGR1 grouped by MBD6-low versus MBD6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
