MBD6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MBD6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 927 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are LEUTX, BMPR1A, and BCL7A. Each is linked with MBD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD6-to-partner and partner-to-MBD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LEUTX grouped by MBD6-low versus MBD6-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
