MBD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,098 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DBR1, RABL3, and LRRC58. Each is linked with MBD4 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD4-to-partner and partner-to-MBD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBD4 versus DBR1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
