Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,516 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPN1, CIP2A, and POLQ. Each is linked with MBD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD4-to-partner and partner-to-MBD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBD4 versus RPN1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
