The most reproducible MBD3L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of bone mineralization involved in bone maturation, Regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process, and Negative regulation of hippocampal neuron apoptotic process. Each is linked with MBD3L1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD3L1-to-partner and partner-to-MBD3L1 results are reported.
