Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,505 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXXC1, NARS1, and NALCN. Each is linked with MBD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD2-to-partner and partner-to-MBD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MBD2 versus CXXC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
