MBD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, STAT3_pY705, and Stathmin. Each is linked with MBD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD2-to-partner and partner-to-MBD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MBD2-low versus MBD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
