MBD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MBD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,981 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MBD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LARP1B, PNPT1P2, and CENPM. Each is linked with MBD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MBD1-to-partner and partner-to-MBD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LARP1B grouped by MBD1-low versus MBD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MBD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MBD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
