MB21D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MB21D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,205 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MB21D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBCCD1, TSC22D2, and EPC2. Each is linked with MB21D2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MB21D2-to-partner and partner-to-MB21D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MB21D2 versus TBCCD1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MB21D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MB21D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
