Across TCGA cell cohorts, MB21D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,086 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MB21D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of heart rate by chemical signal, Regulation of protein ubiquitination, and Peptidyl-glycine modification. Each is linked with MB21D2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MB21D2-to-partner and partner-to-MB21D2 results are reported.
