Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P1, RPA2P2, and RNU7-124P. Each is linked with MB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MB-to-partner and partner-to-MB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MB→partner) and Y-score (partner→MB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
