MAZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,013 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are REPIN1, GTF3C1, and GTF3C4. Each is linked with MAZ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAZ-to-partner and partner-to-MAZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAZ versus REPIN1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
