Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,222 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF785, SGF29, and LUC7L. Each is linked with MAZ in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAZ-to-partner and partner-to-MAZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAZ versus ZNF785 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
