Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,163 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAZ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, Cell cycle phase transition, and DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication. Each is linked with MAZ in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAZ-to-partner and partner-to-MAZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair grouped by MAZ-low versus MAZ-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
