Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-3, KRTAP10-1, and AVP. Each is linked with MAZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAZ-to-partner and partner-to-MAZ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-3 grouped by MAZ-low versus MAZ-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
