Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,872 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAX-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NEK9, MTHFD1, and PPP2R5E. Each is linked with MAX in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAX-to-partner and partner-to-MAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAX versus NEK9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
