Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,940 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, MCOLN2, and CTLA4. Each is linked with MAX in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAX-to-partner and partner-to-MAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAX versus ZNF831 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
