Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,001 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3621, RPS27L, and ZNF337-AS1. Each is linked with MAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAX-to-partner and partner-to-MAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3621 grouped by MAX-low versus MAX-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
