Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAVS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,771 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAVS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRNKL1, DHX9, and ESF1. Each is linked with MAVS in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAVS-to-partner and partner-to-MAVS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAVS versus CRNKL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAVS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAVS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
