Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAVS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAVS-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with MAVS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAVS-to-partner and partner-to-MAVS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by MAVS-low versus MAVS-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAVS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAVS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
