Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAVS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAVS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIRT, MAGEB4, and CRISP1. Each is linked with MAVS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAVS-to-partner and partner-to-MAVS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIRT grouped by MAVS-low versus MAVS-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAVS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAVS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
