MATN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MATN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 187 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MATN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL3, FAM149A, and SNPH. Each is linked with MATN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MATN4-to-partner and partner-to-MATN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL3 grouped by MATN4-low versus MATN4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MATN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MATN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
