MAT2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,917 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAT2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB7, TTC1, and PSMB10. Each is linked with MAT2B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2B-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAT2B versus PSMB7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
