Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,571 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAP30L, JADE2, and TTC1. Each is linked with MAT2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2B-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAT2B versus SAP30L in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
