Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6829, RPL18P1, and MIR4710. Each is linked with MAT2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2B-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6829 grouped by MAT2B-low versus MAT2B-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAT2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAT2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
