Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAT2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, eIF4E, and FoxM1. Each is linked with MAT2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2B-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by MAT2B-low versus MAT2B-high in UCEC.
