Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAT2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, ASNS, and Cyclin-D1. Each is linked with MAT2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2A results are reported.
