Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAT2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,893 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAT2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere organization, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and Replication fork processing. Each is linked with MAT2A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAT2A-to-partner and partner-to-MAT2A results are reported.
