Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,206 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC1_T506, RPL12_S38, and RRM2. Each is linked with MASTL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASTL-to-partner and partner-to-MASTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASTL versus RFC1_T506 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
