Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASTL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,232 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MKI67, MYBL2, and FAM83D. Each is linked with MASTL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASTL-to-partner and partner-to-MASTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MASTL versus MKI67 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
