Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASTL protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,254 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, ATAD2_S342, and AURKA. Each is linked with MASTL in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASTL-to-partner and partner-to-MASTL results are reported.
