Across TCGA patient cohorts, MASTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,668 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKG1P1, RBAK-RBAKDN, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with MASTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASTL-to-partner and partner-to-MASTL results are reported.
