Across TCGA cell cohorts, MASTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,617 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASTL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle, Regulation of mitotic metaphase/anaphase transition, and Regulation of nuclear division. Each is linked with MASTL in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASTL-to-partner and partner-to-MASTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle grouped by MASTL-low versus MASTL-high in BREAST.
