Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MASTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-3, SNPH, and OR1L4. Each is linked with MASTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASTL-to-partner and partner-to-MASTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-3 grouped by MASTL-low versus MASTL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
