Across TCGA cell cohorts, MASP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MASP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2A14, IFNA13, and OR8B2. Each is linked with MASP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP2-to-partner and partner-to-MASP2 results are reported.
