Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXR1, DPRX, and IFNA14. Each is linked with MASP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MASP1-to-partner and partner-to-MASP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXR1 grouped by MASP1-low versus MASP1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
